Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at CrayZ Fit Fuel. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns and Refunds:
- You have [5 days] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original PACKAGING. UNOPENED! ABSOLUTLY NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCT!
- In order to process a return, customer must provide proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, transaction number)
- You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In most cases return shipping is covered but it depends on carrier.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within applicable time frames, depending on your card issuer's policies.
